This page explains how the free cleaning builder and account features handle your information.
Free builder
The free builder uses browser sessionStorage to temporarily keep your editable plan in the current tab.
Free plan contents are not sent to our server.
Refreshing the tab may preserve the plan. Closing the tab normally clears the editing session.
Printing or saving a PDF is handled by your browser.
Accounts and authentication
Account emails and profile details are stored after account creation.
Amazon Cognito and AWS are used for authentication and account-backed features.
When you save a plan through Editable or Home Plus account features, the plan name, rooms, tasks, household members, assignments, and plan metadata are stored in AWS.
Saved plans can be reopened, updated, or deleted from the account experience.
Marketing consent is separate from transactional email.
