The central idea

Set one monthly total. Keep it steady until every debt is paid.

The system sets your monthly total by adding all current minimum payments and one extra copy of the first debt's minimum. Pay that same total each month—no more and no less—while paid-off amounts roll to the next debt. Once every balance reaches zero, keep the habit and pay that monthly amount to yourself.
